Planning a wedding or an event comes easy for some, and for others it is more of a challenge. Since every event we service is different in scope and requirement, we like to keep our pricing fluid and flexible. Savvy Signature Package

This package includes EVERYTHING, and when we say everything, we mean everything. This is for the client that has little time and/or skill for planning their event. This package includes initial consultation, all vendor relations and negotiations, complete design of space, color scheme and theme elements, as well as complete budget handling. This package also covers all event related meetings including vendor meetings, tastings, deliveries, and more. Of course this includes management on the day of your event where we’ll be there to make sure everything executes according to plan. This package also includes management of all set-up, take-down, and returns.

We’ll take your wedding and event ideas and turn them into a savvy reality. This event package is suitable for small or large guest counts. However, it is required for large events (guest counts over 200) Base pricing starts at 10% of event budget and increases depending upon design intensity, location, travel expenses, administrative hours, and client involvement.

Savvy Enhanced Package

This package is for the client that has most of the details in place and knows what they want. They’ll handle most of the planning, but still require planning and consulting assistance where needed to make all the details fall into place. This package typically includes initial consultation, customized planning consultation, ensuring cohesiveness within the planning process. This package can include some budget handling and/or consulting where needed. This package also includes management on the day of the event to ensure that everything executes according to plan. This package also includes all set-up, take-down, and returns.

We’ll help you finish up an already well planned wedding or event. This event package is suitable for small or large guest counts. Keep in mind, guest counts over 200 require Savvy Signature Package. Base pricing starts at 5% of event budget and can increase dependent upon services required, design intensity, location, travel expenses, administrative hours, and client involvement.

Savvy For a Day Package

This package is for the client that has planned everything down to the final detail, but needs someone there to ensure that everything executes according to plan while they enjoy the fruits of their labor! This package usually includes an initial meeting to bring us up to speed with your vision for your wedding or event, and management on the day of the wedding or event. This service also includes assistance with all set-up, take-down, and returns.

We’ll handle your pre-planned wedding and event and ensure that everything runs smoothly! This event package is suitable for small to large guest counts. However, larger guest counts (Over 200) require the Savvy Signature Package. Base pricing for the Savvy For a Day Package starts at 3 – 5% of the event budget and can increase dependent upon services required, location, travel expenses, administrative hours and client involvement.
